-
Download materials solely for your personal use during the Access Period.
You must not:

Continue using or accessing the Content after your Access Period ends.
Breach of this section will result in immediate termination of your access with no refund and may lead to legal action for copyright infringement.
8. Live AMA Group Coaching Sessions
Weekly live AMA (Ask Me Anything) group coaching sessions are an integral part of the Programme. The schedule (including date, time, and timezone) will be published in the Skool Community.
You acknowledge and agree that:
-
These are group sessions only and are not private 1-to-1 coaching;
-
We may occasionally need to reschedule, cancel, or shorten a session. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice via the Community or email;
-
Karis Gill reserves the right to take leave or be unavailable for live sessions from time to time without prior notice;
-
No compensation, refund, or extension of the Access Period will be provided for missed or rescheduled sessions. We encourage you to attend live where possible and to review any recordings that may be made available in the Community.
9. Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully and professionally in the Skool Community at all times. Prohibited behaviour includes, but is not limited to:
-
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, abuse, or hateful conduct towards any member or Karis Gill;
-
Spamming, self-promotion of competing products/services, or off-topic commercial activity;
-
Sharing login credentials or granting unauthorised access to the Community or Content;
-
Any activity that disrupts the community experience or harms its members.
We reserve the right to remove any member who, in our reasonable opinion, breaches these guidelines or acts in a manner detrimental to the Programme or community. In such cases, access will be terminated immediately with no refund.
You must also comply with Skool’s own platform rules and acceptable use policy.
10. No Refunds and Consumer Rights
All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be provided once payment has been made, except where required by applicable UK consumer law (for example, if the digital content or services are not of satisfactory quality, not as described, or not fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Because you are granted access to digital content and the Community, by completing your purchase you expressly request that we begin supply immediately and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
11. Termination and Removal
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Programme, Community, and Content at any time if you breach these Terms (including non-payment, misconduct, or IP infringement). In such cases you will not be entitled to any refund.
You may stop using the Programme at any time; however, no refund will be issued for early termination by you.
12. Renewal
Renewal is not automatic. Near the end of your 9-month Access Period we will contact you with details of renewal options at the then-current membership price (which may be higher than the initial rate).
To continue access you must actively renew before your current Access Period expires. If you do not renew, your access to the Community and all Content will end at the conclusion of your Access Period.
13. Disclaimers and No Guarantees
The Programme is provided for educational and inspirational purposes only. While we share frameworks and examples that have worked for us and others (including references to conversion rates and results), we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations that you will achieve any specific results, sales increases, inbound leads, or other outcomes.
Individual results depend on many factors including your effort, implementation, market conditions, and other variables. The examples given on the sales page are illustrative only.
The Programme does not constitute professional legal, financial, tax, or business advice. You should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms and the Programme shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Programme.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.karisstory.com/privacy-policy. By joining the Programme you consent to your name, email, and community contributions being visible to other members within the Skool Community.
You are also subject to Skool’s privacy policy and terms as the platform provider.
16. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice in the Community. Your continued use of the Programme after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
The Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that nothing in these Terms shall prevent consumers from enforcing their statutory rights in their country of residence.
